These terms govern use of getteamless.com (the "Site"). The Site is operated as the public website for Teamless, an early-stage software project.

These terms cover the public website only. If the Teamless application becomes available, use of the application will be governed by separate product terms.

1. The Site is informational

The Site describes Teamless, a product in development, and publishes information about marketing memory and campaign learning.

Descriptions of Teamless reflect its intended design and may change. Illustrations and conceptual mockups are labeled as such and are not representations of currently available functionality.

Articles and guides are general information and are not professional, legal, financial or other specialized advice.

2. Requesting access

Submitting the Request access form tells us you are interested in Teamless.

It does not:

  • guarantee access to Teamless, a beta, a trial or any future program
  • guarantee a response or a response within any particular time
  • create an agreement requiring Teamless to provide a product or service
  • commit you to purchase or use anything

If access is offered later, separate terms may apply.

You should submit only information that you are permitted to share and should not include confidential or sensitive information in the optional form answer.

Our Privacy Policy explains how information submitted through the Site is handled.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Site unlawfully or to infringe another person's rights
  • submit false information or impersonate another person
  • submit automated or bulk access requests
  • attempt to disrupt, overload, probe or gain unauthorized access to the Site or systems behind it
  • use the Site to distribute malicious code or spam

We may block activity or disregard submissions that violate these rules or threaten the Site.

4. Site content and intellectual property

The Site's original text, design, illustrations, frameworks, Teamless branding and other original materials are owned or controlled by the operator of Teamless or used with permission.

You may link to the Site and quote short excerpts from publicly available articles with reasonable attribution and a link to the source.

Unless we expressly say otherwise, these terms do not give permission to reproduce, republish, sell or create a substantially copied version of Site content or to use the Teamless name or logo as your own branding.

Separate licenses may accompany future downloadable templates or other resources.

The Site may link to research, services or other websites operated by third parties.

We do not control those third-party websites and their own terms and privacy practices apply when you use them.

6. Availability and product descriptions

The Site is provided on an as-available basis.

We may change, suspend or remove Site content or functionality.

Teamless is in development. Nothing on the Site is a promise that a described feature, product, launch date or future service will become available.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the Site changes. The current version will be posted here with its effective date.
