Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of getteamless.com (the "Site"), operated by Teamless Inc ("Teamless", "we", "us"). By using the Site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

These terms cover the public website only. Use of the Teamless application, when available, will be governed by separate product terms.

1. The Site is informational

The Site describes Teamless, a product in development, and publishes articles about marketing memory and campaign learning. Descriptions of the product reflect its intended design and may change. Illustrations and mockups on the Site are labeled as such and are not a representation of available functionality.

Articles and guides on the Site are general information, not professional advice. Use your own judgment before acting on them.

2. Requesting access

Submitting the Request access form tells us you are interested in Teamless. It does not:

  • guarantee access to Teamless, a beta, a trial or any future program
  • guarantee a response, or a response within any time
  • create any agreement to provide the product
  • commit you to anything

If we offer you access, it will be on separate terms you can review before accepting. You agree that the information you submit is accurate and is your own or your employer's to share. Please don't include confidential or sensitive information in the optional answer. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle what you submit.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Site in a way that breaks the law or infringes anyone's rights
  • submit false information, submit on someone else's behalf without permission, or submit automated or bulk requests
  • try to disrupt, overload, probe or gain unauthorized access to the Site or the systems behind it
  • scrape or copy the Site in bulk, except for normal search-engine indexing and the crawler uses permitted by our robots.txt
  • use the Site to send spam or malicious code

We may block access or disregard submissions that break these rules.

4. Intellectual property

The Site, including its text, articles, frameworks, illustrations, design and the Teamless name and logo, belongs to Teamless Inc or its licensors. You may read, share links to and quote short excerpts from our articles with attribution and a link back. You may not otherwise copy, republish or create derivative works from the Site without our written permission.

Nothing on the Site grants you a license to use the Teamless name or logo.

The Site may link to other websites, such as cited research. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

6. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about the Site, including that it will be available, error-free or accurate at all times, or that any product described on it will become available or behave as described.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Teamless Inc will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limits, so some of the above may not apply to you.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Calgary, Alberta, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The current version and its effective date will always be posted here. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
